This notice covers the Panda Systems website, its contact form and chat assistant. App privacy policies and game account instructions remain separate documents.

Who runs the website and why we receive messages

The website is operated by Panda Systems SRL. We use enquiries to understand the project context, respond and prepare for a potential collaboration. Hosting is provided by Hostinger, and the server may generate technical logs for operation and security. For questions about data, contact us at [email protected].

What the form records

The form asks for your name, email address and message. Contact Form 7 and Flamingo store the enquiry in the WordPress administration area, together with technical data such as submission time, the source page, IP address and browser information. Access is restricted to authorised administration users. Do not send passwords, confidential documents or other people’s personal data. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter; automatic email notifications are not enabled.

Chat assistant and anti-abuse checks

When you send a chat message, the message and recent conversation history are sent through our WordPress gateway and Railway to Kimi, provided by Moonshot, to generate a reply. Use only non-confidential information. The chat does not send enquiries to the team or book meetings; use the contact form for an enquiry.

We do not store chat transcripts on this website. The visible conversation is held in the current browser tab. External hosting and AI providers process data under their own policies; this notice does not imply zero retention by those providers.

When you attempt to send a message, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser/device signals. Our gateway sends the verification proof to Cloudflare before requesting an AI reply; it does not send the chat message or conversation history to Turnstile. This integration does not create a chat account or its own chat-session cookie. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The website is also delivered and protected through Cloudflare. As a reverse proxy, Cloudflare processes traffic passing through its network, including requests to the chat gateway. This traffic handling is separate from the Turnstile anti-abuse verification.

Fonts and videos from external providers

The theme loads fonts from Google Fonts. Pianonino demonstrations use YouTube embeds on the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Your browser may contact these providers and send them technical data when loading those resources. The privacy-enhanced domain does not mean that no data processing takes place. WordPress administration uses authentication cookies. Polylang uses a functional pll_language cookie to remember the language; the page URL determines which language is displayed.

Where to find app privacy policies

Each product retains its own privacy page, accessible from the product overview. For requests about your Shiba Sushi account or data, follow the dedicated deletion page; the project enquiry form does not replace that process.

Contact-form retention and data requests

Contact-form enquiries remain stored in the website administration area until an administrator deletes them; ordinary enquiries are not configured for automatic deletion. For information, correction, access or deletion concerning your data, write to [email protected]. Requests are assessed in accordance with applicable law; you may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
